Sun Knowledge Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Sun Knowledge, Inc. provides services to clients and the procedure for addressing fulfillment and refund related matters for the payments by credit card through third-party payment processors.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of New York.

Fulfillment

Sun Knowledge is committed to delivering the services as described in the agreed-upon contract (SoW), proposal, or service agreement. This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services delivered by our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery

At Sun Knowledge, we provide Revenue Cycle Management and Billing services. We deliver our services to clients via electronic and telephonic means pursuant to our client’s requests.

Refunds

We offer returns in the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been performed or delivered during the term of our contract.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse refunds if:

  • The client changes their mind or no longer requires the service after significant work has started.
  • Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Any other circumstances not caused by our company’s error or inability to perform.

Cancellation

Cancellations of the contract by the client or Sun Knowledge will adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Master Service Agreement signed by both the parties.

Refund Request Process

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to [email protected] stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
