Just wanted to send out a quick note regarding the progress of your work from the last couple of weeks. I know that most of our communication usually consists of account status, discrepancies or concerns. However, every now and then we need to hear some positive feedback.
I have noticed that the accounts are being initiated within the same day as assigned. The follow ups and released claims are also being turned around in a more timely manner. I truly appreciate the efficiency and quick response when sending out my emails or hangout messages. Thank you so much for working together and bouncing back from earlier this month.

Patient details are being entered correctly. Making it smoothly when the patients are coming into the office. Means less wait time in the office and quick turn around to help the next patient. Very low patient complaints. Since questions are being answered in real time. Data is being entered correctly making it easy for the Dr. to read patient paperwork. Also helping billing and coding. Having remote check out has worked. Allowing the patients to leave the office faster.
I am seeing less denial paperwork coming in from insurance. We have gotten compliments that the staff is nicer. Patients said before staff was rude and not doing there work. Making patients frustrated. Making them feel like not coming in to see the Dr.
Let’s keep up this positive trend so we can keep expanding as a business model.
