Ronnie Hastings brings to the table over 15+ years of professional experience. In all these years, he has clinically handled major initiatives in contact center operations, relationship management & sales. In Sun Knowledge, he started working with Part C and Part D and effective coordination with the private healthcare. Over the last 10 years, he has been a successful mentor and evolved as a promising resource for the company. At present, Ronnie is a pioneer member of the strategic think tank of Sun Knowledge and is heading responsibilities in marketing, business development, and account management. He is also a seasoned expert in telemedicine services.

Atreyee Saviel has a proven track record of successfully transitioning and managing several processes during her 5+ years’ tenure at Sunknowledge. She has more than 8 – 10 years of experience in transitioning and managing operations in the healthcare domain having worked with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid HMO & commercial plans and has also transitioned and managed DME / Orthotics & Prosthetics / Physician billing processes. Atreyee has also worked extensively on various claims adjudication systems like EZCap, IKA system, Unet and Comet. She has also worked with billing systems like Fastrack, BrightTree, CPR+, OPIE, EmdeonOne, Kareo and credentialing systems like Cactus.

Ranjan brings with him 16+ years of experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of business processes through software applications in a wide variety of industry verticals including healthcare, content management & delivery, skill assessment & evaluation, recruitment & human resource and computer based control systems. He is responsible for managing a cross functional team of software engineers, developers, database developers, process engineers for design, development and implementation of software products.

Shibi started his career at Vision Health Source India Private Ltd. in Chennai, where he primarily looked after the accounts receivables of the US based physicians. Since then he has honed his healthcare and IT domain expertise by years of valuable experience gained in eminent concerns in Chennai, India, including Perot Systems (currently Dell), Gallant Associates Private Ltd. and Orange Software Private Ltd. At Sunknowledge, Shibi is in charge of maintaining and consistently improving the company’s high-end and secure healthcare IT infrastructure. He designs and implements various secure connectivity solutions for effective data center consolidation, while keeping all security related problems at bay.

Dipankar is heading the Human Resources at Sunknowledge with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management. He is responsible for building, developing and retaining the organization’s diverse talent pool. His focus lies in strategic initiatives to provide talent an edge in line with the organization’s career philosophy. As Sunknowledge continues to expand, Dipankar plays a key role to ensure that the human resources function is continually responding to the challenges and opportunities of a dynamic industry. As a member of the leadership team of the company, he has been driving initiatives to build a skilled and culturally-diverse workforce.

Joyeeta is a result oriented professional with over 18 years of experience in market research, UK mortgage and US healthcare and presently heading the Payor side of business at SunKnowledge.
She has more than 10 years experience in training and development, quality control, transitioning and managing operations in the healthcare domain.
She has extensive knowledge of enrollment, claims adjudication, rework, benefit narrative and benefit coding and worked on various claims, enrollment and coding systems like Ez-Cap, Qhmo, Unet, Comet, Insinq, Oscar, Ocwa. Pega, ECS and Metavance.

Nupur comes with 15+ years of work experience in service delivery, transition, project, performance & stakeholder management. She hails with diversified experience both in voice and backend catering to collection process, commercial insurance and healthcare. Currently in charge of contact center operations. She has extensive experience in providing “end to end” solution for contact center in healthcare domain. The contact center provides support for member & provider services, appeals and grievances, eligibility verification, authorization and claims.

Kamal brings significant experience of 12 years to his role at Sunknowledge Services Inc. He heads the Finance Department and directs all its accounting activities in relation to maintenance and finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS reports and performance of internal audits, rigorously complying with the ISO and other necessary agencies standards. Kamal is actively engaged in various finance and compliance activities relating to clients in the United States Healthcare industry. Prior to his association with Sunknowledge, he was a Commercial Executive with Century Plyboards India Ltd., where he was involved in implementing the credit policy and control as well as overseeing the procedure compliance and billing operations.
