Mr. Anand Dominic Francis is a Senior Manager in charge of the Contact Center Operations. He has extensive experience in providing ‘End-to-End’ solutions for the Contact Center clientele in the health care domain. His team currently provides support for all functionalities related to the Contact Center namely Member Concierge services, Provider Services, support with Appeals and Grievances, Member Acquisition services, support for ANOC seminars, surveys to boost the star rating of plans and more.
